Performance appraisal company Dinamiks Ltd launches mobile friendly website to front its cloud-based service

July 13th 2015,  Chichester. Dinamiks Ltd, developer of HR and management tool Dinamiks, has completely redesigned its website [dinamiks.com] to be mobile friendly and conform to the latest standards in website mobility.

Dinamiks is an online [cloud-based] employee performance management tool, designed to replace paper-based appraisals and appraisals that are carried out on in-house computer systems. It also features Talent Management, Compliance, Values and Employee Development Planning [EDP]/training modules.

“The cloud approach provides great flexibility, lowers costs while improving productivity and can be used anywhere in the world where there is an internet connection,” says Dinamiks Ltd Managing Director Simon Barnes.

Established in 2010, Dinamiks is used by SMEs based in the UK, USA, continental Europe and Australia and until now has been fronted by a standard website complying with all internet standards except, recently, the latest in mobility.

“That has now changed and, using our own internal resources, we have completely re-worked the website using responsive web technology, in which all pages now automatically adapt and change depending on the type of device and size of the screen used to view it,” says Barnes. “This is in response to website visitor demand and the changes announced by Google which ultimately come down to one very important criterion: whether your website, landing pages, and blog are fully optimised for mobile devices.”

Dinamiks offers a free appraisal form download at http://dinamiks.com/Freeappraisalform.aspx – and a free trial; register here http://dinamiks.com/liteTrial.aspx

The Centre for Sustainable Design announces fully revamped website – second major redesign since launch in 1995

August 11th 2011. The Centre for Sustainable Design (CfSD) – established in 1995 in Farnham, Surrey, UK, at what is now known as the University for the Creative Arts (UCA) – has announced a full revamp of its website, live now at http://www.cfsd.org.uk

“The website marks the second major redesign of its original website, designed in 1995. That in itself was an early trailblazer, not only in promoting eco-design but in adopting the web based approach to collaboration and information dissemination,” says CfSD founder and director Martin Charter.

“It attracts millions of hits a year and has grown into one of the world’s biggest resources in sustainable innovation and product sustainability, including eco-design,” adds Charter. “Website visitors will recognise its ‘look and feel’ from the old design but notice that the layout has been improved and navigation made easier.”

Since 1995, and supported by the website, CfSD has led and participated in many high quality research projects and organised more than 100 conferences, workshops and training courses. This year sees its 16th annual conference on Sustainable Innovation & Design [October 24-25th, 2011] – http://www.cfsd.org.uk/events/tspd16

CfSD is recognised worldwide for its knowledge and expertise, having worked closely with business, policy making and research communities for 16 years. CfSD offers six services focused on sustainable innovation and product sustainability:

Research, Projects, Training, Events, Networks, and Resources. Content on the website includes an extensive number of research-based reports [http://cfsd.org.uk/research], videos and pages on eco-innovation, eco-design, marketing and sustainability [http://cfsd.org.uk/resources].
